Friendly and helpful staff. Good levels of stock and great variety. Civers most things for the home from garden to kitchen, bedrooms etc. Good quality clothes. My only issue is thst shoes especially kids shoes are mire often than not on the wrong size hangers

Great store and lovely staff ,the cafe could be alot better though ,I purchased a baked potato with beans and cheese it was cold ! Had burnt teacakes also .The toilets were terrible before when they were free ! But now you have to purchase food from the cafe and use your receipt to enter it ,a member of staff explained people were abusing the toilets and the staff have to use them too so they are limited now which I can understand ,come on asda get your staff their own toilets its a huge shop and better toilets for the public to use and hotter food .

The Asda store is worth a visit, lots for the home and a large variety of clothing in many sizes. However, the cafe is awful! Burnt buns that were cold and mediocre coffee. It used to be run really well, not sure what had happened. I will not be eating or drinking here again!

Unfortunately they have decided to take away the public toilets. I was told this was due to problems they had with them. They have a cafe that has been deemed dirty with rats and out of date food, so all in all, not a good place to visit

I go to the cafe here from time to time as it's a bit out of the way and quiet compared to Costa etc. However I was very disappointed by the extremely small slices of cake and despite being practically empty there were several tables not cleared. You have to be accompanied if you wish to use the toilet and I have since found it has a one star food hygiene rating too so won't be rushing back sadly ??

Tina was telling me manners today. When I went to checkout, she asked for bag. I said no thanks. Then I popped out my card which see saw. She started her card machine, and said to me you need to say "cards please, manners". She didn't hear I said earlier thanks. Probably she needs hearing aids. I am regular customer of Asda and not pleased with such arrogant attitude of this old lady.
