Went un here today to pay some change in , little queue, but I can't praise the staff, there was an elderly gentleman, not good with modern tech and the member of staff couldn't do enough ,afloatung member of staff freeing up queue and customer service lady getting off her station to help when she was free, guy who served me polite friendly and professional, can't fault the ntean and good team playing, I'm well impressed, thankyou halifax chatham x

Good customer service but 2 stars as everytime we come here with baby there is queue longer than subway foot long sandwich? please open more tolls and serve your bankers otherwise they will bank elsewhere like nationwide and Barclays who have best customer service and quick queues compared to you guys thanks

Halifax is convenient in Chatham. However, there is always queues at busy lunchtimes. Over the years the Branch has gradually closed teller positions.There are more staff available for mortgages which appears to be more important to the branch. A step closer to being fully automated.

Thought I would go to the bank today to cash some money in because I've been to work all week but I can't because you're closed on the weekend because of 'Covid' how can anyone that works go to your bank if you're only open 9:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday. Maybe even if it was just open for a couple of hours on the weekend that would help

Don?t see what closing on weekends is doing to stop COVID-19. Should be open for at least a few hours on Saturday.
