Jobsworths.I spent £55 on a Cashmere scarf that my wife doesn?t like. Never worn or even been unfolded. Don?t want a refund, just to change if for a different colour. I?ve got bank statements showing I paid them in full 40 days ago, but have lost the receipt.Their response? It?s over 30 days so it?s..?Not company policy?I won?t be going back.

Good range of clothing, however fairly limited sizing offered. They do some nice clothes in here, however a few things must be noted. Their sizes can be a touch awkward if you don?t fit in to the rather narrow brackets.Secondly they sell a surprising amount of synthetic fibres for a shop with ?Wool? in the name. If you, like me, prefer natural fibres, it?s worth checking before you buy.All in all, despite these shortcomings, it?s worth a visit.

Very British men's collection and more than fair prices. Some Scottish trinkets. Rather for those nostalgic for Scotland

Collection homme très british et prix plus que corrects. Quelques bricoles écossaises. Plutôt pour les nostalgiques de l'écosse

We always buy a clothing from the Edinburgh Wool Shop their branches are all over the country. We discovered them in Scotland. They sell all types of outer clothing which are reasonable priced. The quality and variety are excellent. Well worth a visit.

Friendly staff, some going the extra mile. Thought at first that it would be one of those expensive touristy shops, but there was something for everyone. Classic, good quality traditional British clothes, with a bit of history, that's warm in the winter. Gloves were surprisingly good value. Good for 40 somethings who like traditional style, with a contemporary feel. Someone did give me a positive comments on the clothes I bought there. Some of these traditional clothes 'make a statement' against junk clothes bought at Primark. They also use fake fur. Nice shortbread biscuits for customers to scoff at the counter. Again something that Primark doesn't offer. Good personal service.

Great shop for quality clothes and accessories for the more mature. Some good bargains on their sales and promotions. Shop is bigger than it looks from the outside - couple of extra rooms at the back. Friendly staff.
