I like Tesco in general. My experience of this one is especially good. An example: I couldn't find harissa paste. I asked one of the staff, who couldn?t find it either. I didn?t need it urgently, so I told her not to worry and thought no more about it. 15 minutes later, when I was in the checkout queue, she approached me, triumphantly brandishing a jar. She?d found the paste and then searched the store looking for me. That is REAL customer service!

Sometimes low or out of stock, why did they remove fish counter and rotisserie etc also reduced the number of manned checkouts??

Be careful with parking there, as I've been issued a parking tick despite working there for the day and signing in and out. I now have to pay a £40-70 charge thanks to horizon parking and Tesco's

Very poor Management Appalling customer service put a complaint in about the two mangers and this store need staff training no customer service if you don't like your job or cant do your job find another job not fair on the customers to put up with this appalling behaviour ?

We regularly shop here and their food selection is good,only down side is their prices on some items are on the rise with the financial climate- otherwise a good experience

Shopping ok its until you get to the till or self service and its a nightmare you que ages for at the till or spend ages with the self service tills
