I’d give 0 if I could. Terrible terrible experience, apparently it’s so difficult to get an MOT without any trouble. Will not be returning and have told everyone I know to also not come here. Instead got my MOT at a lovely garage down the road, thank god for them because pro tyre is a shambles.

Absolute rubbish experience. My partner and I booked an MOT for 9:15am. We booked this test well in advance and turned up for the test. When we arrived there were two men at the desk, one of whom was on the phone and the other was twiddling his thumbs. We approached the staff member who was not busy and asked to be booked...

Protyre Ashford offered a best price and were able to order my tyre in and replace it the next day. They have also checked my other tyre as per my request.very happy customer.
