Don't bother if you want to use the Hermes drop off as it depends on whether the staff on duty can be bothered to turn on the machine. Apparently this weekend was one of the weekends they couldn't be bothered. Most unhelpful staff.

Rude staff and also refusing to take my hermes parcel that I had paid for. Also a clear disregard for any covid measures.

Covid compliant, no notification however that they do not accept return parcel drop offs on a Sunday, so totally wasted journey.
