Following a leg injury in December I subsequently received excellent care weekly at New Hayesbank surgery. Special thanks to Nurse Roxanne Hartigan for her care and expertise which left nothing to be desired.I am a very grateful patient!

Julie resolved a kerfuffle with the pharmacy in relation to the Elvanse global shortage. Saved me an hour round trip to Canterbury and addressed ongoing prescriptions too.

Submitted an econsult and was contacted by carol(I think the receptionist name was) and she was lovely. She made me another appointment since I couldn't attend due to work. I then went to go and see Dr Seema and she is quite possibly one of the kindest and most genuine people I've come across. Yes, the econsult should be extended and yes appointments aren't always readily available but these ladies & gents try their best and are a credit to the care industry.

My son was seen quickly after submitting an e-consult and in less than 2 weeks he had an MRI and a call back explaining the results and an onward referral was processed. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I needed to contact them and Dr Frank was very helpful, caring and thorough.A great surgery that has always provided a great service for my family. People don't leave good feedback enough. We're very grateful for the super service provided by New Hayesbank.

you can make an appointment online between 7-9 am Monday to Friday, because as we all know you the internet only works 2 hours a day 5 days a week. so far in my experience half the time they don't even phone you when you book an e-consult and then still don't contact you for over two weeks after you tell them using the link in the appointment conformation email.

What a terrible, unprofessional and awful service. I have not had to use the doctors for some time and I have experienced some highly concerning and out of character symtoms. The Receptionist working this afternoon was totally unhelpful and unprofessional. Was not interested at all in the sytoms, did not ask any questions or show support and just informed my that it is an 8am daily appointment service first come first serve bases and if my symptoms were that much of an issue to ring 111. Reluctant to answer any questions and just wanted to get off the phone. Complete and utter shambles. No wonder they have a 2.6 rating.Since this review I have had a call back from the Surgery Manager who was very professional, transparent informative, attentive and reassuring about what the next steps I needed to take. Although she defended the advice given to me she also reassured that it was her focus to improve the service the surgery offers through training and monitoring and that improvements were a priority of hers and they are aiming to be better. This call was very much appreciated.

I?ve had excellent treatment here and my my GP has been an incredible support. I?m ex-forces so I didn?t know a lot about civilian practices. I asked what to do, followed instructions, was seen very quickly and received the treatment I needed. All NHS practices are under a lot of pressure and the shortage of GP in Kent is an issue. I?m thankful though, for everything this place does for the community. We should look after it.These guys are "veteran friendly" acredited. If they are veteran friendly then I'm sure they make other efforts too.

I must say the I think she?s an Australian lady is very very rude. Especially when she is the 1st person you see or speak to

I use the surgery very regularly and have had no complaints, quite the opposite in fact. Everyone I speak with on the phone is very polite and helpful. When the GPs or other staff phone back, they are always helpful, and I have never felt rushed. I am very impressed by Dr Hussein who takes the time to listen, and I have never had the impression of being rushed or fobbed off. Similarly with Dr Stanley, who treated my hand he was extremely professional and compassionate. The New Hayesbank is amongst the best of other local GP services and can only perform in accordance with the limitations of the NHS.So Thank You, VERY MUCH.

Online appointment system is only available 3 hours a day Monday to Friday, and its about the same if you phone them, and when you use the online system it will ask you at least 50 irrelevant questions before just restarting the whole thing for literally no reason at all. They tell me I need an appointment but make it as pointlessly frustrating and idiotic as possible for me to do this, my gp before I moved you would just phone them at any point when they were open and they would book you in for the next day or the next week, how is that not an option.

Absolute nightmare trying to get any appointments or general help in this clinic. Whenever I call they seem to just not have doctors available and there?s always a 20+ person queue.I had a fatal ski accident abroad and I tried to get something booked asap to get it looked at and reception tells me to call tomorrow morning. She didn?t seem to understand my situation and the urgency it required.

Disappointing; when I phone to ask for an appointment having already tried twice the last two days and then 111 tells me to call I am disconnected. I appreciate the pressure staff are under, but this system is broken.

Absolutely disgusting. A lady called sue answered the phone to me was not interested in speaking to me a start of the call. Kept saying do an e-consult. I explained that I needed a appointment even an future appointment she said no I have nothing for you. I said even explaining that I have sickle cel as. I?m really tired all the time and feel so run down. Work full time pay my taxes and never call the doctors only if it?s important and have 2 children. She said a completely different thing back to me twice and I asked her did you even listen to anything I have said. She said I?m not a doctor I don?t no what?s wrong with you. So unprofessional and then said I?m aggressive because I tried to explain again the third time. I said it?s absolutely disgusting how you treat people that are asking for help and calling me aggressive when you wasn?t interested from the start of the call. If you don?t no how to take calls from patients or even no your job role because it was very clear that sue wasn't interested. As soon as she said I?m not a doctor how should I no. It became very clear that she was totally unprofessional in her job role and shouldn?t be allowed to speak to patients in that manner. How a doctors surgery can employe a rude and unprofessional staff member is beyond me. If I?m being treated in this manner I wonder how the sick and elderly are treated. I won?t be going back to newhayes bank especially when sue didn?t take my name. Date of birth to check anything. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I?m happy to teach sue how to answer a phone in a polite professional manner and treat patients fairly if new Hayes bank can?t afford to put her on a corse in how to treat others. It?s outrageous and unprofessional. Sue would also benefit from a corse about aggressive behaviour as she clearly doesn?t understand what it means and shouldn't label someone as being aggressive when she clearly doesn?t no what it is or what it means.
