Excellent fast service, with friendly efficient staff. I have always received an excellent service from the team in Ashford. If you do an online order, the "Ready for Collection" text usually comes within minutes and if you order at the counter the team are quick and efficient. If the item is not in stock they can usually get you what you want within 24 hours or less. Having the addition of an Electrical department and a Bath show room, the latter well presented, is a bonus.
