Absolutely awful store. Please don't say its in stock in the store and then say you can't have till after 4. Why not. if its in stock in the store its obviously there.

Argos in Sainsbury 's is ideal, the access for the disabled or wheelchair is brilliant. And good for grocery shopping to.

Argos are good to go and buy everyday things but in here there are very less chance to get stuff from the shop on the same day. You have to order and come back next day or week to pick up the item. Most of the products are unavailable in the store to take home with you when you are there.

Unhelpful staff if you need to pay with cash expect to have to return the following day as although the item will show in stock you can?t have it as it may have been ordered online so you have to reserve it I went late afternoon after checking stock to be told to reserve and come back at 9am the following day ridiculous they were clearly there on a shelf otherwise how can you come back at 9am and it be there and yes went at 9am and it was there

Terrible customer service, stock all wrong. Took payment for an item and then they had an issue with putting it through for home delivery..2 weeks later still waiting for the money and customer service is useless at sorting it
