This shop is now cashless. Policies like this can be elitist and in certain cases discrimatory to some people. Covid is no excuse!Update 01/05: The staff here really needs educating when it comes to the definition of 'legal tender'. When paying off a phone contract ie. a debt to O2, if the one paying off the debt offers payment in legal tender like Bank of England notes, the payee must acknowledge that the debt is settled. It is very foolish and ignorant to request it to be payed in a specific way.

It's the first time I have had to go to my local store for advise and the chap just spike over me and continually told me he could not help me as they only dealt with sales.I have been with o2 since I had my first mobile and all three members of my family also contract with o2. Yes they're great when you want to renew but ask for some advise regarding my accounts and it was a different story. So disappointed. The chap wouldn't even invite me to take a seat! Terrible service.
Collected my new Oppo phone from shop yesterday (Wednesday) and was looked after brilliantly by Paige. She was friendly & polite from the onset and set-to transferring everything over from my old phone for me, plussettingup the new.
