Most of the time they have what I want, good selection of checkouts, personally I prefer the manned ones over the self checkout plus the staff are always friendly and helpful .?

Terrible toilets!I would not have bothered to write a review but this is the second time I?ve been to this store to use the loos and it was so bad I had to say something.This is Waitrose after all!No toilet paper, pee all over the seat, and only one working toilet that was .a unisex one.I was really needing the toilet but I couldn?t use theirs as it was outrageously disgusting.I did complain for the second time.Management of this store, please rake note.

I shop here all the time staff friendly products good ...but very very disappointed when I did my weekly shop today ....to see they have taken attended tills down to just 3 !!!!!! Now mostly self service .. would have been better to ask shoppers which they prefer ?!!!!!! Not a fan all !!!!!!!

I took little one to get her pre-school jabs today, then went into Waitrose for some bits. One of the Waitrose staff could see my little one was upset, and noticed she had a plaster on both of her arms. He stopped and asked me if she had just had her jabs to which I told him "yes". He then asked Demi to pick any magazine with a toy that she would like, and Waitrose would pay for it as a gift to her for being so brave. He then helped me push my trolley to the check out, unloaded it for me, packed it for me and helped me to my car, allowing me to cuddle my upset baby girl. Thank you very much to that member of staff and well done Waitrose!!! You have a good employee there, and will receive my custom more often ?

Have always found Waitrose a lovely shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They might be a little more expensive than other shops but the quality is good. Not keen on the new vouchers idea of having to mess around with my mobile phone to get to them at the end of my shopping. Not a good idea for the older generation. Worth a look

It really is very much more expensive than any other supermarket but the cheese selection is normally very good.Cameras on the self checkout! I hate that, lost two stars.Still, have cameras like your a thief, the baguettes aren't crispy, it's really annoying

It's always easy doing click and collect, unfortunately, today they forgot to pack 1 item, however, that's the 1st time and they did call me and tell me and gave me a choice of a refund or going back to pick it up.

Large Waitrose supermarket in East Cowes close to the ferries, 15 minutes walk from East Cowes marina. Also sells local beers and Mermaid gin.
