My account was scammed, and cloned since O2 overtook original Virgin mobile. Scammers keep ringing and determine to accept their offers. Kept refusing,, but somehow they managed to set different account , and took two payments, on same day what I notice and blocked by bank application. They left me with phone line , not in use.Went to O2 , store, because was talking me nowhere attempt to contact O2 , tho notice them of froad.Assistant manager,, in O2 shop Samreen , was so understanding and brilliantly handled situation, straight away and determine to find solution.Am so pleased to notice, that's still decent people take full professional approach to their job , even more than what are paid for.Again, thank you for your help.

Worst customer services. I was trying to get a business account and want some phones for my employees but the way staff treated me was not at all ethical. When I went there, a lady was standing to whom I asked my query. She said you have to call customer service. I told her they send me to the centre. Then she asked me they need all the company information in hard copy without even checking the details. In this era of digitalisation where everything can be found online what is the purpose of hard copies? I still managed to get the prints and went back. First she objected why I went to that store as there is another store near my location. After that another lady came and start checking details. I tried to tell her my company details but she simply said she is not talking to me. After a while I again tried to tell some information but she said she don?t need anything and the request has been rejected for business account. I am doing business by myself and I know the importance of customers. But the staff over there don?t know. They are the worst people to be in the place of customer services. Although, they rejected my request without even asking anything from me which is brutal, but still they need to talk ethically without showing any attitude.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever received.Been a customer of O2 for over 15 years, upgraded my phone last week, online, was told that I could trade an old one in through the local o2 store.I went to the store, it was empty 2 staff. Told them I had upgraded, was a customer already and the customer service/sales team had told me to come in store to recycle the old phone.The lady just turned her nose up and said 'no we don't do that here'. I told her that they had told me to bring it in, again a very dismissive 'no'.Told me they were a franchise and that they weren't O2 ....I mean I have a franchise business and they are all our brand. Apparently despite all the O2 livery this store wasn't connected to O2.Anyway she got up and said she'd call a colleague, called someone sat back down and said 'no we can't do that'. And that was the end of that.Despite telling her I was a customer I was treated like the dirt on her shoe, utterly dismissive and just plain rude.Will never visit here again, and I hope that O2 pay more attention to who they employ in their franchise.

Rodriguez has 100% committed customer services. He did not fail to sort out a new phone and upload all my details and apps from my old phone. It took nearly 4hours and he was relentless in getting it ready before closing

I had issues with o2 not returning my call so I visited the Welwyn store where the staff were very helpful updating my business account, especially Bruno who resolved various issues I was having the following day. It's nice to see people going above and beyond for a change!

Initially visited this store due to connection and network problems. I am now Considering taking the virgin volt deal. Really impressed with the staff especially Mr Sky who not only troubleshooter my Samsung watch galaxy 4 series but also gave me all the information in detail regarding my current broadband.

Behaviour and attitude of staff is horrible in this store. They are rude and arrogant, non helpful at all, talking to me with their back turned to me, when I ask for a manager they are mouthing back, also lied that manager is not in. Avoid this store.

Bought an iphone 12 pro Max. Got home and realized they had given me the 12. The next day I went back to swap it, to be refused. The manager Arina, and assistant manager (a tall man of African decent - who refused to give me his name) were extremely rude and arrogant. I would never use this shop again. I had to raise a formal complaint to resolve the matter and the Hatfield branch were very helpful in fixing the matter
