Worse company ever!!!!! Doesn't even have a complaints procedure or department fobbing me off saying you speak to the store manager? What's the point in that when he's the one I want to complain about? So messed up!!!! He can go getting doughnuts to fill his face but yet he can't deal with bad employees!!!! Disgraceful company will never return!!!!!!!

A shame a customer service satisfaction of zero.An item purchased online lead time on delivery of upto 5 days actually took 11.Not very helpful call centre and no offer of delivery charge refund.Jewson and How's gray now to benefit from average £5k monthly spend.

Wickes are useless. They delivered the wrong order twice and on the third try said they?d delivered it when they had not. Despite phoning Wickes at Ashton Gate, Bristol 5 times they never answered the phone, and didn?t to their own Customer Service team. I phoned Head Office and they didn?t answer the phone either. A totally useless company. Avoid.

I purchased a £23 convector heater this morning from wickes Lincoln. Unopened the box and the thing was flat damaged. I immediately returned the item the Lincoln store only to be told that because I refused the receipt was told that I was only entitled to a gift card. I wanted my money back! I was humiliated to the fact they didn?t believe I purchased it from there. I said in front of the manager that it was the man on the pay counter that served me less than 10 minutes ago. Completely disgusting behaviour by them. Company policy to give gift card for a refund. You have my bank details!! A lesson learned to take a receipt from this place . I wont be using the gift card to buy anymore junk from wickes in the future.

Why pay for a customer service team if they won't service customers?Isle of Wight team are useless, inclusive of their manager, Brogan. You explain to them a great big hole opened in your sink from less than 100g being in the sink and they call that impact damage, so remember that the so-called guarantee that Wickes offer will be voided by turning your taps on.All I want is my faulty sink to be replaced by their guarantee and they will lie and cheat their way into not paying out but all it does is cost the company money.

Extremely poorly run company, employing arrogant people,unskilled,rude and offers very poor service when it comes to kitchen/bathroom design and installation. Avoid at all costs

They weren't open. Are they ever? So I'll point this review toward their so called "customer service" dept. Their isn't one. They have a very rude, very unhelpful team of individuals that don't care and clearly don't want to help. As an organisation they are truly appalling. In store is totally different but they don't control deliveries or pick ups or damaged goods. I have never in my 50yrs encountered such atrocious lack of customer care. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT WICKS.

Very poor ! I asked for a MacMillan coffee morning poster to be put up in the store. Didn't ask for anything else , no donation ,no goodies for a prize just the poster to be displayed and was told 'We have our charities which we help ,so no we can't' This is appalling I feel ,what harm could a poster do to advertise an event to help a cancer charity. I will Never! go into a Wicks again. Sincerely Jackie Brearley

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Waited a week for kitchen to be delivered asked for a refund and the order to be cancelled it was now been well over a month and still no refund.

Wicks have been so harsh, we had a kitchen installed,but through I?ll heath and work going on, we were unable to check,also wasn?t told we had too,being in our 70s it would have been impossible to move and check it all . When we had the kitchen installed they give us wrong colours and sizes things I had paid for didn?t even turn up ,the delivery guy broke stuff and said don?t worry I?ll report it and you?re get a new one.never happened,I could list more,but as a customer that bought my previous kitchen about three years ago I would never recommend them ok when taking your money

* Impossible to speak to ANYONE regarding a return- been trying since last week to speak to Wickes. Hold on for twenty minutes at time! Called Head office in desperation, they answered and then put me through to online orders. Same story - now holding on AGAIN!!
