Dirty unprofessional people. Second time their cashpoint sucked my card.. instead of offering a proffesional apology, the idiot at the desk had the cheek to tell me it was MY OWN bank that was the problem ... which it definitely was not

I had an appointment with them at 1pm I arrived on time but was told to wait for ten minutes I ended up waiting for 2 hours to be seen. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
