Errrr, pretty sure it used to be open on a Sunday ?!?!?? Parcel delivery been expecting had a card thru door..but rather than Collect tomoro.....it was ticked for a Second Attempt?!? So obviously a second card was put thru door!!!! So, now, can't try to obtain item until Monday ?!?!?!??? What's going on with this now then ?!?!?!

It's more of a necessity than a choice to visit here.Namely to collect packages / post.My niggle is, the 4 customer parking spaces, was full. The rest of the car park is not for customer use and was full of (I assume) workers cars.So I left to return later that afternoon, after 2pm. The same cars were still parked in the customer parking bays. I had no option but to park beyond the sign saying Private Parking. By this time there were lots of empty spaces in private parking area.Inside the Delivery Office, there were no customers at all - so where are the drivers of the 4 vehicles in customer parking that haven't moved in the past hour?

Ordered the 4th, payed for a Saturday delivery for the 6th, you lied it'd been delivered the 9th, failed a delivery 11th, and failed again today even though I've sat in all day... absolutely terrible service as this has cost me a tenner for nothing... 12 days late now as your driver can't read as it states all delivery's to front door only...

They don't even ring your bell. They just knock on your door twice, as soft as possible and then they start writing a missing delivery note. Specifically the blond lady has done this twice. I hope they get a salary cut soon ?

This is probably an example of why Royal Mail is struggling. Nobody wants to go to a sorting office to pick up your mail but sometimes you have to. Parking is nigh on impossible(3pm) and there are always queues. One person dealing with enquiries and slow parcel pick up. Always seems like they're doing you a favour rather than someone has paid them for a service.

They have started closing early on Mondays now.Only one position was opened when I was there, this led to long lines and long waits for the public who are paying customers, they paid for items to be delivered on their addresses and now they have to queue up for long waits to collect their deliveries.Royal mail needs to sort this out otherwise the public will eventually move towards other providers.

Staff seem friendly and efficient. Car park an absolute nightmare during the week. Have often parked next door in B&Q and walked round.
