DO NOT send your parcels there for collection. Incompetent, rude manager, obviously they have no system to keep the parcels. Manager pointing his finger at me, threatening to send the parcel back only because his staff didn?t bother checking the name properly on the parcel. Eventually found it and no apologies. Moreover, I received a reply from EVRI saying my other parcel was refused by them last week and sent back to sender. It was Xmas presents for friends. I will never be asking for a parcel collection from there ever! They SHOULD NOT be a registered parcel shop if they can?t provide the service!WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Awful service. Huge queue. One person serving. The other, talking on their phone whilst leaning on the till, looking at the queue but ignoring it. If its a business call, do it away from the customers.Myself and others walked out. Pure arrogance.

Said postcode for 2recorded delivery letters were both wrong but didn?t check the addresses,then next day didn?t give separate receipts as I requested. So both recorded letters are now on one receipt so I can?t send off as proof to either recipient if they say letter didn?t arrive. So simple to do and so disappointing! Maybe just lazy or can?t be bothered

I dropped off some items at the post office which were pre-stamped and my customer said the envelope had been opened and the items inside taken out leaving just the thank you note.... Obviously i can't accuse the shop of opening and taking the item but this has NEVER happened to me before with any other post office and my first time going here it happened! Clearly the items weren't kept safe as the envelope has definitely been opened on purpose. I now have to resend at my own cost. I'm so angry about this.

always a good service, i feel its hard for newsagents where they have to run the post office aswell, but its very common these days so we need to be appreciative of their hard work and be more patient.

I'm disabled and 1 person was serving - made me wait for quite some time serving other customers before coming over to send a simple letter. To add insult to injury, I then had to wait again in another queue to buy some sweets. The poor man serving was obviously overwhelmed and couldn't cope with the amount of people in the shop. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
