Anywho I decided to pop into store to see a Dr. I was informed that they didn’t have any Dr's available. Fine I said. Do you have anything for spots I asked. They recommended a fantastic product, hence the 4 stars. I only didn't leave 5 stars as they don't actually sell shoes”

“Came in looking for perfume, the lady was really helpful and recommended ones I might like based on my favourite (discontinued). She even made a note on the samples so I could remember which I liked. Service I would expect from John Lewis or a perfume store, but definitely more than I expected from Boots!Only knocked one star off because the staff when I came back later were less helpful, and it was tricky to find someone for the perfume section.”
“The young gentleman working today 11/8/23 was so helpful advising me about a prepayment prescription and helped me set it all up which will save me money over the year.He also saw my daughter had her doll with her, he said how lovely it was and then handed her a Box and said this is old stock we don't need anymore, please take what you want for you and your doll.He made my daughters day.
