I used this for the first time today, never having used a laundrette before, the lady (and a customer) were really friendly and helpful.Will definitely return.

The staff are generally good and helpful but I think the owner is experiencing senile dementia.Their last wash OR dry is at 16:00 instead of the advertised 18:00.

Never had problems on the weekend and the lady is always so lovely. It can be very busy so you may have to wait. 5* for weekends.However, evenings are VERY different. Make sure you call ahead as the opening times online are not accurate. Don?t get caught out like I have.The lady I have seen in the evenings (with glasses) is very rude and unhelpful.I will be finding somewhere else from now on.

The ladies in there are very helpful. They always keep an eye on your laundry. £8/10/12 for s/m/l wash respectively and £1 gives you 8 minutes of drying time. ? ????

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had never used a launderette before so had many questions but the lady patiently helped me. I didn't have coins for the machines but they have change if you only have bank notes which is very convenient. Will be using their services again!
