Phoned to ask if they had trim in stock which they did. We said we would be there in 20 minutes to pick up. We got there just before 4 and they were locking up even though we were there before 4 where it say shut at 4.30, and didn?t want to knowCan?t finish the job now. Won?t be using Eurocell again

Unhelpful staff and very poor customer service in this branch and also a rip off. I purchased this item today 300mm Utility Board in Black Ash x 5m and paid £86.23, to find out it is clearly advertised on their website for £46.42 and ready to be collected from the same branch with in hours. what a rip off.

Only one person serving and 2 customers including myself .....slow so we waited once the customer had been served oy to be told that he need a to bring the delivery in the warehouse before it gets crushed?...waited and waited and waited so we left the place its a joke if they don't want business ??
