Very bad customer service!We just went in there to buy a TV, the guy that works on that section seemed very unhappy to do his job or to answer questions! A bunch of guys working / walking around there and helpful at all.

Big store. Great if you want to just browse.Awful if you want customer service or a specific item (which you have seen on their website).Assistant had no clue what I was after, suggested wipes when I was after Laser Lend Cleaner. I wandered ALLOVER store looking at accessories displays in various areas. NOTHING.Trying to track down a sales assistant is like a video game - like you are Pac-Man chasing down ghosts!4 customer assistants required to talk to a couple about dishwashers?! Really?3 chatting by tills. 1 only stopped talking to colleagues when i asked a question. Replied, they didn't think they did cleaners in store. My raised eyebrows was enough for them to look on their system. They found 4 holding in stock and they truthfully replied, they had no clue where they'd be displayed. I had already been around the store and frankly, I was not prepared to go over with a fine-tooth comb to do a job a customer service assistant should do.My custom will be elsewhere. There's a reason why more and more people turn to online shopping. You get a far better level of service and response!

I went to look for a new computer monitor. Saw two potential options and asked an assistant if they were in stock. "I'm not sure but if you can't see a box around here (in the monitor section), then they aren't". Turns out there were loads more boxes next to the PC section.One possible option didn't have a price tag on display. I asked the same person how much. "not sure but as it's a 4k it'll be around the £230 mark". I ended up taking the box to the till to find out.This bloke had his little iPad in his hand. He just couldn't be arsed to look.Finally when I bought my chosen item, the cashier asked if I needed an HDMI lead. I suggested that surely the monitor came with one. "No, they don't" he said. I declined anyway as I knew I'd likely have one at home. No need...it came with a cable in the box.I've seen the Currys advert. It's not at all like real life.

Staff are always helpful and professional when you eventually get seen, which is the only downside on a busy day, it can take a few attempts to get help from someone working there.

Never buy anything from Curry?s StevenageMy parents are in the middle of a complete nightmare with Currys Stevenage. My father is 91 mother 86. They?re housebound and rely completely on their tv for social interaction and connection with the outside world.They purchased a new 65 inch television from Currys Stevenage in July 2022 with a 5 year warranty cost £1200To cut a very long story short the television is now faulty and no one will assist them in getting the tv mendedWe have spent 3 times 90 minute calls as Currys told us we had to deal direct with Samsung. Samsung referred us back to Currys Stevenage.My mother 4 weeks after having a knee replacement was so angry she got a lift into Currys Stevenage. They told her she had to get the tv into the store or call Currys on another number they gave her.She called the number and on the third attempt got through. Currys confirmed they would pick up the tv on 5th get it mended and return it on the 12th December. They waited by the door all day and yes you?ve guessed it nobody turned up. My mother called and was told Currys had moved the pick up date forward to 12/12 but hadn?t told them.My parents are now so stressed this is seriously damaging their mental health. They are hosting Christmas and are terribly anxious they won?t be able to do this without a television on Christmas DayI have been supporting my parents who live in Walkern a small village and at their age the tv is so important and they are no longer mobile and rely on their tv for all the news and to stay connected to the worldWe are all extremely upset and when going online and looking at other people?s experiences can see it was an obvious mistake to buy a tv from Curry?s Stevenage. The stories are all true I?m afraid and there is no after sales support whatsoeverWe are now in week 5 of trying to sort this out. In total we have had 6 long telephone calls and a trip to the store, 2 further calls and still nothing. Not even an apology when they failed to turn up to pick up the tv yesterdayCome on Currys get a grip. You?re dealing with elderly disabled people. Show them respect and look after your customers. If my parents don?t receive an apology by return I will be escalating this complaint to the very highest level.

Today my brother and me visited Curry's in Stevenage to buy a HD converter for my Freesat. I asked Gabriel for help and he recommended an item that would be perfect for when BBC no longer supports Freesat. My brother, who lives in France, also wanted the same one and Gabriel took the trouble to search in his stock room where he found the last one! Worth his weight in gold Curry's!

Came to curry's to collect a printing cartridge only to be standing for 25 mins in a cue of 2! The place was empty, we counted 7 members of staff that could have helped us but we're to busy either talking to eachother in a little group while others looked at us and walked off on tablets. Terrible customer service. My husband cancelled the collection and walked of and no members of staff said anything as I waited an extra 10mins 14.10.23 10.30am

Picked up a TV, that was a good deal, hisense 65" for £450, had bought online and paid day before, not enough staff on collection area(plenty on returns) used the quity app, still asked for order reference numerous times, eventually one helpful member of staff found and brought the TV outside to the van, long delay for a supposed quick process, at least a 15 to 20 minute wait in store, disappointed ?

I was looking to buy OLED/QLED TV.
Spent some 15 minutes looking around the TV section and had to go to the front of the Store to find somebody to help. I eventually found a member of staff to ask for assistance and was told somebody would be with us shortly. A little time later we were joined by Kasey. She was absolutely honest from the start and said that she knew little about smart TVs. At this stage I was prepared to walk out of the store but my wife convinced me otherwise. However, within her obviously limited knowledge, Kasey could not have been more charming or helpful. If she didn't know something she would say so rather than trying to b**lsh** us and offered to go and find the information we needed. It was her attitude that kept us in store and led us to eventually buying a relatively expensive TV. I question the other member of staff who directed Kasey towards us who should have known of her technical limitations and put her in a very awkward position. Fortunately, her personality and attitude saved the day.
I cannot commend Kasey highly enough.

Great customer service! We came in to purchase one item but Sam was a great help with a few other IT issues we are experiencing with various providers. He offered Curry's alternative solutions without any pressure. Good overall customer experience.

Good selection of white goods on display and was able to choose a washing machine easily and quickly. Young female who served me was brilliant, knew her stuff, and couldn't have been more helpful getting everything ordered and sorting delivery date.
