This would have been a five star review but I knocked one star off as there was no vending facilities available for customers who have been out in the cold. “I returned some items to the Stevenage shop today and one of the staff helped me with the email I was trying to find, she took my details and sorted the returns for me in a lovely manner, I asked about a green parka jkt I had been wanting and she went to check the stock and found the jkt for me. The shop was stocked so well with so much choice and the friendly staff is a credit.”

“This is a good shop if you can find it!! Walked past it 3 times and the staff were all wearing North face tea shirts and there were no signs to say what the shop was!! The only thing I found was a small notice saying they were looking for new staff”
