“First service at Steve age. Sent me a video of the car condition which I was surprised to receive, after the service I had a engine warning light appear during the same day. Julien in the service team got it looked at the very same day, the fualt was something had not been fully pushed in and had come loose but fixed within minutes, I did ask for a C63 Premium plus's in all black, but my fault didn't warrant that level of compensation... I just got a sorry and a explanation which has 0bhp.”
