“This is a refreshingly good banking service in this town when most of the rest are frankly downright appalling and worse. Louise was pleasant and polite in issuing a printed bank statement and totally unflustered by a minor printer device breakdown and even with that solved it in no time at all . Steve the manager , likewise very polite and approachable over the phone . Oh how this has all dramatically improved since a few years ago .As it says on the notice ' This branch will be open until at least 2026' - they are doing 'what it says on the tin' - long may they remain open for the whole of this century. Very well done the whole branch team for turning this branch around. It is the best in Stevenage now in my experience.”
