“Double room with breakfast for £95.You get what you pay for. The hotel rooms are fairly basic, but very clean. No AC, but that’s reflected in the price. The lift is a thing to behold, use it if you’re brave enough.Great location close to the station and town centre.The bar and restaurant are lovely, with a great atmosphere.The staff are fantastic. Incredibly friendly and very helpful.Would recommend for a budget hotel. But don’t expect a 5* hotel for the price you’re paying.”

“The Fox is a little pricey but the food is good so the place is worth visiting. ?We had the calamari starter, the Sunday roast (beef), and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. All the food was fresh and delicious although it took a while to be served. One waitress let us know that one of our dishes was coming soon which was nice, but we wish they would’ve taken care of us a little better instead of having just about everybody who works there show up at least once at our table.Overall everything was fine and we enjoyed the dinner as well as the atmosphere there. I’d definitely eat at the Fox again. ;)”

“Fantastic location for a wedding reception that we attended at Letchworth Golf Club. Easily walkable within 5mins. Basic room but clean and bright with everything we needed that evening. Hotel bar was open for guests, into the early hours of the morning. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had in years even in a lot more expensive hotels!Nearby activities: Nuffield Health Centre is attached to the hotel which has a gym and pool.Letchworth Golf Club is next door, within a 5mins walk.Walkability: We attended a wedding reception at Letchworth Golf Club, which is situated within a 5mins walk from the Mercure Letchworth Hall Hotel.Food & drinks: Bar was open into early hours of morning, after wedding reception had ended. The included breakfast was exceptionally tasty!”
