one of the lady on the desk is not very helpful at all, she needs to smile a bit and learn some good interaction with the costumers. I ask some advice regarding Taxing campervan but no advice given and just completely ignored me, no wonder why there is lots of bad reviews, the company should start looking on to this branch.

Scanner not working so I was unable to send a return. Whenever I asked the young lady a question a man answered for her. I have met him several times and he was unfailingly rude on every occasion. ?

Do your best to avoid. I used their passport photo service. They take the photo manually and took it from the incorrect distance. They then refused to refund for the already overpriced service.

With old style general post offices so few and far between, thank goodness this excellent facility remains open and operational. Queues can be lengthy at peak times but the range and standard of services is worth a little queuing. I particularly recommend the in house comprehensive passport service that includes taking an electronic photo and all processing and postage to the passport office.

The short guy with black hair who wears the black jacket. Attitude problem every time I go in! Has no customer service skills at all. Shouldn?t be in the job. Very unprofessional. Needs replacing. The other staff seem capable of doing their job.

Awful ID photo taking service. Went with a 1 year old and 2 year old for passport photos. The lady took my photo, then told the 3 year old he had to stand on a chair (instead of the kid sitting on the stool and the photographer just crouching down to take a photo on his level as every other photo shop does with kids). This was fine for him, but she didn't say he had to stand perfectly face on - only AFTER the photos were taken she said it might be rejected because of this. I put the 1 year old on the chair ready for her photo, and the lady started serving other customers while I was waiting with a 1 year old on a chair! Then she finally said they could only take the 1 year old's photo if she stood up on the chair, which she wasn't going to do. I went to Snappy Snaps who sat her on a chair, crouched down, and took a perfect photo in less than a minute. I was promised the Post Office would email a copy of my photos, but the email never arrived. Today when I'm looking at the physical Post Office photos they are awful, low quality, washed out, and both say 'ICAO test result REJECTED' on them - so I'm assuming after all that, they are going to be declined. Save yourself the hassle and go to Snappy Snaps in the first place. Such a waste of time.

just been to post office. Terrible attutude from 2 members of staff. No idea how to talk to people. Get some training! Like saying 'good morning' to a customer, rather than ignoring them when you know they are waiting and then staring at them when they need serving, rather than asking them What they want. Unbelievable!

I'm surprised at the poor reviews for this post office. I find the staff (with one exception) extremely fast, efficient and helpful and the premises are roomy and sparkling clean. I would give it five stars.

Renewed my driving licence. The new system they operate is very quick. So quick that I found myself asking "Is it done?".Excellent every visit I've made.They also pay cash into your account.Also a Bureau de Change last time I checked.Really nice cards to buy. Pricey, but not like the high street brands.Loads of other useful stuff; jiffy, parcel tape, pens etc.Loads of room if you're with young children.
