I?ve used this family run business a few times for appliances they are always so friendly and helpful and go that extra Mile to you. A few days ago our microwave went on us could not find my proof of purchase it?s in a box somewhere. They kindly asked me to take the Microwave that was playing up back into the shop then I was able to swap for another one my choose. With a young baby I need it. Always support a family run business and local. Thanks once again for helping me solve this very quickly. We?re happy with our new product. we?re be back. : - )

Absolutely seemless service and really helpful advice from the very friendly ladies in the shop on the best machine to buy. Cheaper delivery and installation than a large named retailer where I had been looking to buy a washing machine from. Punctual delivery fitting from Bob and Owen who did a fab job, were super careful moving the old machine out and really professional throughout. Will definitely be using this company from now on for any future requirements. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fabulous service from this company. The delivery/installation team are brilliant and really took the time to ensure our integrated washer/dryer was installed correctly with the minimum amount of vibration.

A family run business, so nice to speak to a real person at the end of the phone which was answered straight away not put through the rigmarole of press 1 etc! The lovely lady knew her stuff! Friendly, efficient, fast service & cheaper! If I had gone to a large named retailer the same washing machine would have taken longer to deliver, have cost £10 more for the same model, £10 dearer to remove the old washing machine PLUS a further £20 delivery!

I have recently bought some appliances from Albany Radios. I had looked in large stores and had been disappointed by the lack of service and interest in the product. Albany Radios were brilliant. Excellent knowledge of the product, sound advice. I felt very happy about buying from them, and they were also extremely helpful when I had a follow-up query. I would rate and recommend them very highly, and especially for their knowledge and level of customer service.
