It is a standard Wickes store.Good range of products and sufficient parking.Sometimes staff are busy doing other things and end up with queue at checkout.

What a horrible customer service.The bloke at the till had no idea what he was doing. Took him ages to sort out the prices. Was not bothered to say anything, even when I was talking to him and tried to help.After few minutes people behind me become annoyed, in the mean time it was several other employees wondering around and do nothing at all.Terrible experience.

Staff on the shift last night where fantastic I didn't get there names.Young guy on the till and the lady with blonde hair spoke to me about my paint I selected.They where so helpful.Definitely will return.Also as a decorating consultant I was impressed with the knowledge from staff and Wickes coloured emulsion paint (the 2 for 24 offer) is definitely better then Dulux paint.Also I have worked for Wickes and Homebase before.

I popped in tonight for softener salt and I was met with 2 lovely, smiley, helpful young staff who couldn?t have been nicer and assisted me with the heavy bag to my car. Thanks so much, the young get a rough deal these days but they were employees to be utterly proud of. I will start using that branch, even though it is not my nearest - purely because of this experience.

After kitchen installation I still got a huge stock of unused items what I have been paid for.After two months of email and phone calls with no reply "we call you back"...I was keep asking where I should fit the pieces or otherwise to return it,the head manager told me I am not allowed to ask for explanation because I signed the agreement for the kitchen project and also I can not return it even if all are still new in original packaging. OK..so where I should ask for advice about the project if I am not allowed to ask them?Anyway..I have been treated horrible and I have been told is not place for negotiation(why do you presume I was negotiating???)even if I was just asking for help to finish my kitchen.

Very disappointed, staff were very unhelpful. I wanted a sliding shower door and I think as I wasn't buying a complete bathroom they were not interested at all.

Never had any issues with wickes. The staff are helpful if you need assistance and their stick is usually good too.

I would never advise you to do any bathroom or kitchen renovation with them , I have a very bad experience with them,. as you can see i paid the full amount in July to receive .the job should be done by september . then i I found out that bad management delayed my work to November .. so please Be careful dealing with them. They are scammers and don't give customers any importance .
