As a working guy who can?t get to the bank in the week I now can?t even speak to a cashier at weekend. Apparently the bank doesn?t have the money to Staff cashier desks anymore. Just a faceless unaccountable entity that?s cares very little about its customers banking experience

It now takes an average ok 25min each visit I make to a bank. I am a business and have no choice. All these years and we get treated like this. And before you say it I cannot go to the the machine when change is required. I would rather you all just close and we can all use cheaper card companies. Just get on with it.

Went into the branch to deposit some money. Met a really nice young man called Saif who was very polite and friendly. Asked me how my Xmas was and helped me with what I needed to do.Nice to go somewhere where you receive great customer service. Saif is a credit to the branch as well as NatWest in general.

I?ve been waiting for over 30 minutes just to get some bank statements printed. Advisors for the most part are friendly but the service is rubbish.

Although the staff are mostly friendly they are very pushy to get you to use the machines and not go to the cashier. Even when one member of staff have already asked what you are there for. After interrogating you for why you are in the bank, another staff member will come up and try and get you to use the machine.They are like vultures, in your personal space, staring at you patronisingly trying to get you to do some thing you are uncomfortable with. I am dreading having to go there today, after trying to get my boss to change banks, I will now just have to take my partner with me to save the intimidation on my own.The staff need to back off. It isn?t helpful, it makes me feel anxiously sick. This doesn?t happen in other banks. Not sure why the staff are so pushy here. One day one of us will tell you to back off quite snappingly and then it will be our fault for being rude to you. Although that isn?t the case.Having said that, once you get to the cashier they are always lovely and helpful and I haven?t had a problem at that point.Thank you for your help but please know when your being to much.

Opened an account here today, customer service was great, Fabian Barker attended to me, a very impressive young man indeed, friendly, professional and knew his job. im so impressed. never felt so comfortable and at ease in a bank , didnt want to leave. good Job Fabian, an asset to the bank already!!

The staff are always very helpful and professional. The young man with the short hair is always so helpful and tries to help keep the waiting time down by showing people how to pay in with the machines and book people in.Well done.
