“I am not a particularly frequent visitor to Dunelm, having bought bedding, curtains and crockery there over the years.Bedding in particular always sees me visiting my local branch. They have a good range of fabrics, colours, styles and sizes. I have a small double bed and the availability of bedding in that size is not generally great elsewhere.A good outlet, always there but doesn't spring to mind until I am looking for specific products.”

“I went to toolstation in Hemel Hempstead to get some bolts but I had no idea as to the size required as I only had the insert on the table legs. Mark from toolstation was so incredibly helpful and really went out of his way buying sizing up the exact size bolts needed. Mark was incredibly patient, highly informative and helpful. He provided a very high level of customer service and I was really impressed by his professional and helpful approach. I will definitely be going back to this store for other parts that I need.
