Never enough staff. Shoddy service. If your a small business owner avoid at all costs. Their app is an absolute joke. Moved my account to HSBC as rates, service and app on a different level. Pathetic.

Useless. Closed all day Wednesday. You can't get more than £2k in cash unless you arrive between 12 & 2pm as they have nobody behind the counter. A person has to help you use the automated machines! Nobody knows where to queue. What a waste of time.

Check their reviews.... What happens to this branch?I'm so surprised they still have customers.I get messages every other day like.... "Oh sorry we had to close today".I have accounts with Santander, Metro and Lloyds. None of them do this... None.

A lady adviser was very helpful to me ,showed me how to pay a cheque in ,and told me the options , but this rude man other employee was not nice to a few customers, and he worked on the customer service desk, he needs to work on his attitude and manners, think if he served me I would have said something,

The single till opens at 10am but it takes 35 minutes for them to log on so actually 10:35. Self service is hopeless with staff having to help most people anyway.
