Sent my partner a letter saying don't pay on the card until they write to her again so she didn't. They are now adding charges and sending debt collectors for non payment even though they are the ones who said not to yet. They are aware I am her carer and of her mental health struggles and that she cannot speak on the phone.... read full comment
