Thanks to Cyber Monday deals I was able to get a terrific deal with a 30% knock off and free postage and free accidental damage/free replacement. on my laptop after 7 years ( saved a lot of money today! ) Will be returning to buy more treasure next year

She put a lot of effort to help me today with my return even though I could not find my receipt. She still found a way to find my details and to help me to resolve the issue. I bought a sofa via click and collect from this store. I was alone and they wouldn't even allow me to use a trolley to get it to the car, If Sainsbury's staff didn't help me, I would still be stood at the counter today trying to get my sofa to the multi-story car park.When I asked them for help, the staff said to me "people would normally just get this delivered" - Thanks, very helpful.When I asked If i could use the clearly available trolleys for furniture, she said that they were just for their deliveries and then suggested I use a sainsbury's trolley.Now i'm no rocket scientist, but i'm pretty sure we could all see that I was never going to be able to lift an entire sofa into a sainsburys trolley and out again into the car.Useless. I will never shop here again.

I went to this store to get an item I purchased that was faulty fixed or replaced with a part. The product was under guarantee of one year. The person serving stated they could not accept or fix the product now as it was over 30 days of the return. This was completely wrong. I contacted customer services at Argos who were very nice and sorted the issue with replacement parts. Like other reviews, very bad customer service, and they did not seem to be bothered or care about the buyer, or were just clueless. I was a regular customer but will not be visiting this place again.

Bought "Thunderbolt to Ethernet" for my Macbook. I went home ,i opened carefully the box and i saw that i don't have Thunderbolt, just USB-CI went back the same day, to change it with the correct, but because i opened the box,(0 damage to the box),,they are not accept it back.Never again Argos.. I prefer Amazon.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Very rude staff, completely unwilling to help in any way. Ordered a present for my dad who is alone during lockdown and they refused to let him collect it because I wasn't there because I am at university in Preston on the other side of the bloody country. I had all the documents to prove it was indeed my order; my argos card, ID, bank cards, confirmation emails and texts, and yet they still refused to speak to me via facetime or over the phone to confirm it was me and point blank refused to give my dad the order. Absolutely fuming as this is such a difficult time for my dad being on his own during the pandemic and the least I could do to try and give him something to lift his spirits. Will be writing a formal complaint.

brilliant store, lovely staff and even though I just attended before they closed they gave me my game without any hassle unlike the one in Letchworth where they refused to give me the game because I forgot my ID and even though my husband sent to me on messenger to show them they wouldn't take it.I'm 24 not 10, and I don't appreciate being treated like a child, but this store didn't treat me like one at all! Thank you for the fast, quick & friendly service I will be shopping with you again x
