I bought a watch for my son for his birthday. The first thing that happened was they charged me more than the price of the watch, but the saleswoman apologized and said it was a mistake. It's good that I checked it at home because it turned out that the sticker from the bottom of the watch had already been torn off and only the glue remained. After careful inspection, it turned out that the box was not from this watch because there was a different watch code on the sticker and, worst of all, it turned out that the watch's manual was also it was from a different model. After checking, the watch looked like it was bought second-hand. I do not recommend this store and advise everyone to check before purchasing. I returned the watch and received a full refund.

My father-in-law, aged 89, brought his watch in to get a battery changed. The shop said that it wasn't the battery, but the watch that needed changing and persuaded him to buy a new one. A few months later, he brought his wife's watch in for a new battery. Again, he was told that the watch itself was broken and that he needed a new one. He was a little suspicious at this point, so took his wife's watch - and his old watch - to another jewellery shop. They replaced both batteries and both watches worked fine. As a family, we tried to persuade him to go back to F. Hinds and complain, but he felt defeated by the whole process and didn't want to. I was so disgusted and upset when I heard this, it caused me to write my first Google Review.

I have been waiting for to.long now to find out how much a ring woul cost to repair.I haven't heard any thing no email or phone call Bad customer service in my opinion Now worried where my ring is.

So firstly me and my fiancé brought a engagement ring with the company and at the time The computer crashed and couldn't send us a receipt however we know these things happen and wasn't a problem to us. However they said they'd send us a email receipt to our email to which we had to go back to the store 3 time for them to send to the right email being a massive inconvenience for us. We later received a call saying our ring was in store and ready to collect. We went into the store and they couldn't find it anywhere, they called up head office and the company sent it to the wrong place so we now have to wait another week to receive our engagement ring. No apology and they guy said the whole thing with a grin on his face to my clearly very upset fiance to which he lack empathy and compassion. Not convinced on where it is or even if they know where it is and what's going on. Really disappointed and upset with lots of contradictory messages, would not recommend as a good seller.

My 8year old daughter had her ears pierced today and what a lovely group of people you have in ur Hereford branch could not of wish for a better group of people to help with talking her through how they are going to do it and so on. Also I had my 15 month old with me who started to cry and one of the lovely ladys who was working come over and started to talk to her so I could be with my daughter when she had her ears done thank you so very much for all your help today will be back in when she can change them to pick some new ones

The customer service in this store is exceptional. Myself and my sister was looked after by Caroline. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we left as very happy customers. We will recommend this store to everyone.
