Bought two laptops, but it took some time for the assistant to understand that what I meant by "I'm looking for the cheapest solution to do nothing but run a rolling PowerPoint on a redundant TV all day" meant that I actually wanted the cheapest solution for that application.He went off to get what he told me would meet my needs, and while he was away, I found two cheaper laptops with the HDMI ports that I need. A hundred-ish pounds cheaper.Wake up lad, and listen to what the customer wants, not to what your head tells you you want to sell. I don't care if the two items are remaindered display items because my operative words were CHEAPEST SOLUTION. You closed the sale - not the sale YOU wanted, but the one I wanted. Next time I'm in, I'll be looking for a different assistant.

Found what we wanted quickly but had to wait a long time to get a Curry's representative to help. There was only one person on duty for the whole of the first floor. Others were waiting behind us and one lady walked out. The poor rep couldn't even go to the bathroom!

This currys store is a great example of "the clowns running the circus". Not only was the customer service experience absolutely awful, I would not even trust any of them to walk my dog. One assistant says one thing, and another assistant says another. So which is it? Oh, let's ask the manager. Guess what? Standing around 30 minutes for them to not even show. Maybe they don't even exist? In the end, after the scruffy guy behind the counter had finished picking the skin off his fingers, they rung customer service by phone who were surprise surprise.. More helpful than this entire store team put together! Honestly, a shambles. Don't waste your time, and just order from Argos or Amazon.

Washing machine purchased in summer 2022 along with care and repair. Has broken down twice and the customer service I have received from both Currys and the manufacturer has been poor. Product has been out of action for about 1 month of the 15 months I've had it and Currys have essentially washed their hands of it, blaming the manufacturer and not acknowledging any duty of care as retailer and provider of the care and repair product. I have incurred significant hassle and expense and will not be buying white goods from here again

Avoid avoid avoid! Went to buy a washing machine and a fridge. Not available, nothing in stock. Tried again, this time the washing machine wasn't available but was told it would be the week after. They advised to buy online. Tried online, they didn't recognise my account, Tried to reset it, no email sent. Went then again to Hereford branch and the price of the washing machine not only was expensive now it went over the previous price. When asked to speak to the manager he was busy taking other customers shopping to their cars. Will avoid them as if they can mess with you, uou are not important.

If I could leave 0 I would. Ordered a hob on 23rd to be delivered 28th November 3.20-7.20 window. No delivery, no message, no call! I had to call them to find out that they canceled my delivery as they ran out of driving hours so moved my delivery to the 5th Dec! Not a happy customer. Communication is terrible.

Interesting visit, I learned a lot ? about which new phone I'm going to purchase sim free.. I'm totally fed up paying these mobile phone companies so much money..! So I've decided to buy my own phone and go back to Vodafone on sim only.. they seem to have some excellent deals on.. ?

First having checked stock to ensure they had the item I wanted to look at I travelled in to see it. Having waited a fair while for an assistant I was told they don't have the stock on site and they didn't have one on display. The only display model was no longer available. A wasted trip. If I just wanted to buy on line I could get a better price elsewhere but that wasn't the point

After reading some of the reviews on here I was pleasently surprised to get such great customer services todayAndy provided excellent customer service by guiding me through the TVs and checking stock, while Damian offered invaluable technical advice. Left happy with TV arriving tomorrow

I went in to buy an oled tv, loads of staff talking to each other but no offer of assistance. When I did ask apparently they were busy with a customer. Fortunately I left and looked on AO and got it £200 cheaper.
