Unfortunately it is now the case that if I see Yodel as the delivery service for a product online, I buy it elsewhere, even if it is more expensive. Hands down the worst delivery company out there, and by some margin.

My parcel has been sitting in the depo gathering dust and no one will deliver it. Meanwhile, when I speak to Yodel they lie and tell me the parcels on the van when it clearly isn?t.Stay away from them and use another courier.

Don't buy anything and use Yodel for postage on The Isle of Wight. If you are unfortunate to miss delivery the nearest collection depot is Southampton. There is no way of contacting a real person to rearrange postage. Please don't waste your money.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE (IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT) THEY DO NOT HAVE A DRIVER TO DELIVER TO OUR AREA, SO THEY CONSTANTLY SAY THAT THEY HAD TROUBLE DELIVERING. THEN AFTER 14 DAYS THEY FINALLY SAY FOR ME TO GO AND COLLECT FROM THEIR DEPOT 40 MILES AWAY!! THE WORST THING IS YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON ON THE PHONE EVER!!! WISH I COULD GIVE A MINUS 1!

You?re so bad as a company that you suck at sucking. You put my parcel in an unsafe location that I did not disclose. It got stolen. We have an enclosed porch. SPECIFICALLY for Parcels so they won?t get stolen. You blatantly put it outside, on the driveway, in clear view to get stolen. There?s a level of decency and common sense to at the least if not read my request of using the porch, to see it, witness it, and still use it. If I don?t get compensated or refunded or replacement of this order, I?m suing.Do better.

Absolute joke of a company, delivery drivers blatantly steal the parcel from your doorstep, when caught on camera and evidence sent to company, all you get back is they couldn't get any answers from the driver to the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact the supplier!!.Bunch of thieving scumbagsI know will not use any company that deliver through these lowlifes.

Can I give minus stars?Their 'complaints line' doesn't let you speak to an actual human and is only for tracking your parcel. If you say you don't have the tracking number it just says good bye and hangs up. The live chat people 'only have access to basic information' and refuse to help me make an official complaint after the sticker for my order was attached to a different parcel and my order has 'DISAPPEARED'.They won't let you speak to anyone on the phone and its no surprise as I'm sure everyone wants to make some sort of complaint about this shoddy company

Customer service chat agents has no knowledge or up to date information about how their services operate. Was told by two different agents that parcel will be delivered on Saturday - waited all day - no show up! Tried to arrange collection from the depo twice and had it confirmed at the time with the agents, but no email confirmation came through, waited 2 days to find at the third enquiry that they need more information from the seller. Total waste of time! They ask to provide all additional details in their app to ease deliveries, yet drivers can't be bothered to use those details!

When you select safe place and put a description of where your house is located or where is near by they quickly deliver. Keep in mind that it only lets you submit a sentence worth of descriptors so very sort but drivers easily locate enabling a fast delivery. Thanks again cheers

Worked here for a week what a joke. Only wanted to top up Christmas money. Literally worst company, never had issues with DPD Christmas period. But yodel absolutely suck. We're now in mid January and still not seen my wages.

Retards told me my BOURNEMOUTH PARCEL was in FAREHAM that's for the waste of time, invest it some managers with brains ffs
