Would have given this 0 stars if possible. Wouldn't reccomend buying a bathroom and installation from wickes, there were issues with every step of the process. They didn't send everything required by the installation day... This was 3 months after we paid so there was sufficient time to get this correct. Then the installer they sent was unreliable, on 2 days he didn't turn up when he said he would, he damaged the door frames and didn't repair them and damaged the toilet meaning we had to get a plumber out twice to fix the toilet and leak through the ceiling The finish on the work was awful, plastering was bumpy, the sink hasn't been fixed in properly and the installer applied a shower board which was a different colour to the rest. This was eventually rectified by wickes but it took 5 months for them to order the correct shower panel and arrange for a another fitter to come, avoid!!

Don?t don?t do it. I was tricked and conned. Wickes use contractors with no accountability. Disaster. Just find a local bloke to do your prices. Less liberty taking. Wickes do not respond to any emails and I?ve been left paying twice to get the work done. Will now take the first wickes workman and wickes to court.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Wickes and their contracted installer. Despite paying over £4,000 for an installation, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The installer postponed the initial work date without justification, causing inconvenience and financial strain as we had to rearrange plans. When the rescheduled date finally arrived, he didn't show up and didn't bother to communicate his absence. This has left us living in a hazardous and cluttered environment for months.My family's emotional distress and financial burden due to this prolonged delay are unacceptable. We had to find a new contractor to finish the work. Wickes' lack of response and failure to address this matter promptly have shattered our trust in their services. As a result of this ordeal, I would not recommend Wickes for any future installations.

The COO called trans critical customers bigots and said they shouldnt shop in his stores. So listen to him, dont shop in his stores if he thinks that way. Show him where it hurts. In his companies pockets.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDWe are still waiting for the remediation work to be started in my mum's kitchen.Last Easter, after paying in full with her life savings, my 79 year old mum looked forward to her dream kitchen being installed and a worry free end to end service promised by Wickes.The original installation was Septembe 2022. We contacted the complaints team due to many issues and the Regional Installation Manager visted in October, agreed the work was shoddy and produced a remediation plan. The splashbacks had been fitted over tiles and artex, worktops misaligned, leaky plumbing under sink, dirty water draining into washing machine, live electrics where sockets not fitted and much more!After many calls and emails with CEO complaints team, new splashbacks and work tops were delivered 4 weeks ago and they are currently sitting in mums lounge with no sight of a date for the corrective action installers to be bookedAbsolutely appalling service and issues still not resolved, and no proactive contact from Wickes Southampton or Wickes complaints team.I would give 0 stars for quality of installation and customer service. No one held accountable.

Steer clear of using their bathroom installation service. I used them to install my main bathroom and ensuite. After 3 months I was finally informed of an installation date. The goods would not have been delivered in time for the installation had I not have chased them. On the day of installation I call my installer to discover he had quit Wickes the week before as they failed to pay him. Wickes didn't contact me and then when I raised this with them they assured me that both bathrooms would be completed to a high standard within one week. Its been well over 3 weeks and there are still unresolved issues relating to the electrics and their failure to supply a correct bathroom cabinet. They have also left my ceilings with bare plaster informing me that decorating isn't part of the contract. You pay a lot more using Wickes believing you will get the whole project done with less hassle. They have treated me appallingly and I warn anyone thinking of using them to stay well away

Would have given zero star if I could.I shopped in store and bought 6 items only on 29 Jan 2023, and the till lady had scanned one of the item twice (which I only bought one piece). Speechless service. This same mistake had happened more than once in this store, I was so regret I haven?t checked the receipt immediately this time, until now.

Sample pots of paint are completely different to the actual pot. Both in terms of quality and colour. Most of the flooring was either damaged or out of stock. This particular branch seems close to closing down. Would not recommend
