Our plumber liaised directly with the trade counter and they seemed really helpful and quick to respond.I'm disappointed with my visit at the showroom. My plumber sent through the items I requested but I wasn't allowed to see the list of items so that I can check that they were right. I asked a few times following the visit and still nothing. When it was time for the bathroom to be installed the units were the wrong depth so didn't cover the waste pipes I was trying to conceal. The worktop, toilet pan, bath panels weren't the ones I asked for, when I visited the showroom and requested changes based on the items I saw on display. I felt so frustrated with all the things that weren't right that I could have checked before hand.My plumber was great though and made the best of the situation. The trade counter quickly replaced and delivered things that weren't right or were missing off my delivery. The bathroom looks fantastic but I know all the bits that aren't quite what I originally wanted.Added following response:Thanks for the response Sam. I don't think it addresses my main point which is that when I visited the showroom in February, I made quite a few changes in person to the original order sent via email links. I changed the toilet pan, the sink, the units to deeper one's, changed the taps, the shower screen and added a mirror to the order etc etc based on what I saw in the showroom.Some things were updated like the mirror and others weren't. From a customer service point of view, I'm just frustrated that not all of the requested changes made in person were acknowledged, confirmed or at least told that they weren't possible if that was the case. It would be better to acknowledge what went wrong and how it can be improved for future customers.

was after some long flexi tap hoses to solve a plumbing nightmare under the sink. The guy was extremely helpful whilst efficiently finding the right part and it was a fraction of the cost of the same parts from a leading diy chain.

Very pleased with service, had a kitchen waste pipe fitting, that other suppliers just rolled there eyes you will not get one like that mate . First place to say lets us see what we can do. Can get it tomorrow will give you a ring. Fitted it great, just the thing I required. Old fashion service.Mick

I bought my bathroom from Unique Bathrooms 4 years ago and to this day it looks as good as new. I recently phoned up for a new shower handset which had gone brittle due to hard water. Rob couldn't do enough to help. He sourced the replacement handset and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely will be going back to Unique when I look to change everything.

The only thing unique about your company is your inability to provide customer service. Following a visit to your showroom we arranged a survey which was cancelled due to staff shortages 20 mins before the appointed time, I was told it would be rearranged. A month has gone by and nothing from you.
