Had amazing customer service delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable young assistant by the name of Jack. I visited on evening of 25 August 2023, close to closing time, and needed a lot of time and patience explaining the products, and I left feeling excited about my purchases. I have had the worst experience of my lifetime in this particular shop! The ladies work here scammed me 300 pounds of product, later refused to take the product return and i had to call the central customer service!

I hade an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Holly B was so friendly and helpful without her help I would?ve of left the store empty handed. The staff was so lovely and helpful I couldn't decide what serum to use due to my skin type and the lady was so lovely she packed a few samples for me which I tried over a few days so I was able to make the right choice. Thank you!
