Really knowledgeable helpful guys, when I bought the wrong coils they replaced them no issues at all. Always happy to knock a quid off when you order a few bits and the loyalty card actually is worth having and doesn't take spending 1000s to earn a few pence back.Great store, would f go anywhere else.

Having looked into the other vape shops windows - all looked disinterested, apart from Soton Fogger - I met Jacob inside, who was friendly approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Been a smoker 45 years, and didn't really have a clue, Jacobs expertise, and advice, after asking questions was Superb. I was more than happy upon leaving, with 3xliquids,plus a suitable machine, and a wider filter. Even after payment he set everything up for me. I will only go there in future. Quality 5 star service, highly recommended.

Nice and cozy and the service was good. The was a customer in front of me getting advice on a new setup; I'd have been happy with the advice I overheard.Juice range wasn't as large as I'd hoped when arriving although the were still a number of popular flavours available at the time.I would personally argue that this shop seems to be centred around the newer vapers with a lot of the mods and juice to suite which is nice to see.I was after a range of 20mg nic salts although the options available were mostly tobacco based or basic fruit flavours.If you're new to vaping then you'll get some decent advice and setup with juice that will work well but if you're more of a hobbyist, you might be used to slightly more choice.Will certainly use again though

First of all it's a big variety of vaping kits, liquids and what not. They definetely have everything you need to either start your vaping journey or buy whatever u need for your current vape.Staff is very friendly and ALWAYS helped me out whenever I had any problems with my kit or a coil. If you're looking for a decent vape shop than look no further. Highly recommended!
