“Have used this store as my pharmacy for many years now. I am on a lot of different medications and my complex needs can often make it complicated. However, the staff are always professional, friendly and have no problem accommodating my medication needs.From the ladies who serve in store, to the pharmacy team, I’m always greeted and remembered which is lovely. I never have any problems with collecting my medication (atleast not because of them - usually a GP error)The shop itself is always clean and well stocked with knowledgable staff who are always willing to help. They could benefit from a bigger unit space to allow for the large number of people who use the store for both shopping and pharmacy, but of course that’s not down to the store themselves, as they work very well with the limited space they have.”

“Generally good but a number of times they haven't received my prescription. I'm not good on the phone so my housemate has had to ring up and chase it for me. Other than that, polite and helpful and the last time I was there, the pharmacist gave me good advice.”

“How useful is it to have a pharmacy next to your doctors surgery? Very!Parking is available on site, open late and very little waiting time. Very convenient indeed. It’s a narrow entrance and at very busy times can be a bit crowded but it’s not always.It’s used quite often so there’s an occasional wait for your prescription so have a little patience. It has a lot of items in the pharmacy shop that are a little more pricey but they are not always available at other stores.”

“Good efficient service. They have an ATM style medicine collection service (like the Amazon delivery lockers) which you need to register with and you can collect your medication 24/7. Thank you.”

“Ask staff a question and they will help you where possible and if they're not sure of the answer they will ask the boss for further assistance. Mr Roy seems to know all of his customers well and politely greets them by name. This pharmacy has improved a lot over the last few months. I prefer to use Mr Roys pharmacy over other local pharmacies.”

We had previously used the Boots next toor to the Living well partnership on Thorold road, but after 100s of quite frankly disastrous dealings with their appalling staff we were glad to find a place with kindness and genuine pharmaceutical expertise at the forefront of the service.”
