Absolutely shocking service we went in there to pre order a phone, and was told it would take two and a half hours to be seen which it did.Then today we had a message to say it was ready to be picked up so we called to make sure we wouldn?t have the same sort of wait which they told us we wouldn?t. When we got there we were told they couldn?t give us the phone as there system was down which after calling O2 we found out was a lie.

What is the point in having a store when you can?t see someone when you go in. I went in on a weekend to be told they wouldn?t be able to see me and to come in during the week - which I did, only to then be told I won?t be able to see anyone for 2hrs. The staff weren?t even with any customers which was confusing and I have now paid for parking twice specifically to come into o2.

Went in for a replacement sim, no fault of mine, I was told the previous day I could ?pop in n pick it up, it will be ready? to be told when I arrived I needed to wait in a queue for 1 hour or so and I was second in said queue. Only 1 assistant in the store, who, when it was my turn, went on to serve somebody else. Really poor service! No problems with o2 as a network provider, been with them for many years but this particular store needs to step up its game.

What a joke. Walked in to exchange my 4g SIM card for a 5g SIM card. There were three staff members in the store and one customer. I told a staff member what I needed and he told me I needed ID etc to which I replied yes I have that. He then told me the wait time was 3 hrs 20 minutes. Really?. Hope they don?t have the same system for someone wanting a new contract or they won?t have a job for long.

Avoid going to this store. Very bad customer service. Lack of knowledge about their job, useless help skills, a very inhospitable atmosphere.Not recommended at all. If you need any help or advice even on the products that you bought in store sick for help elsewhere.

Disgusting service! As a disabled person, I walked into the shop to ask a simple question about a sim card. A man was standing there playing with his tablet! Only to ignore me and start chatting with another couple who had pushed in ahead of me. After waiting patiently after he was done with them I asked my question only to be told to come back in 35 mins. (I CAN BARLEY WAlk!) After I complained he then told us to leave the shop....never go back there again. I cancelled my contract with 02 and went straight to EE who went above and beyond!
