The good news is they are well-educated and guide you as best as they can.The bad news is they usually don?t care about your time. They easily ask you to come later, or the next day, or next week. They don?t even think your timetable might be full to come and go.

Avoid coming here if you can. The pharmacists do not have a clue and you?ll be waiting an hour at least, if they can even find your prescription. Surprised they are still in business.

Bad. It is impossible to get though by phone. I tried 27 times in one day constantly engaged. Prescriptions are never ready when stated. If you can use an alternative do so.

They never answer the phone when you call up to see if your tablets are there completely unprofessional and don't know how to do there jobs properly deserve sacking I tell ya

The staff here are the post polite, hard working and dedicated people that I have ever met, even though they work in a demanding and often adverse work environment. So please treat them with the respect they deserve! They often have to deal with impatient and down right rude customers ( I have been witness to this on to many occasions). So please be respectful to all the staff and also the other customers waiting their turn, as the staff will be able to process individuals requests a lot quicker and ultimately be able to improve the overall standard of service, please bear that in mind before you leave ignorant comments!Many thanks to all the staff that have supported us over the years ?Kind regards Mr Alan Saunders

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs and use another!!!Still never pick up their phone, and despite promises to leave messages for others to process your medications if they're not in the following day or haven't arrived, still don't message you as asked, to let you know they have thereafter.There's only so many excuses one can site, using Covid as a cause, but frankly if the best a big firm like Lloyds can come up with, is we just don't have the staff, then take unbridge at their customers for challenging them over their continued failings, then it's time they moved out and let someone else do the job, if they can't higher more staff to do so - in a polite manner. The impact and lack of some individuals care and medications like this, will result in someone's death eventually, if it hasn't already.

I do fine it easier to call in the shop.I am in a wheelchair 24/7 so itsy not that easy but neither are their jobs, I wouldn't want to do it.

I have called over 100 times, they keep locking off the phone then I try again phone line busy, but no 9ne ever answers I have never had any problem with this pharmacy or the staff here , but I am very disappointed on how they never answers phone that's not good at all..

I prepared to take HPV vaccine last time and booked online. When I arrived, it has a long line and I waited for more than one hour. But the staff told me they didn't have HPV vaccine today and let me go here on next Thursday. I am upset about it because I have paid the fee and booked online successful. And I didn't receive any message before that. Then, the staff told me that I can take it next Thursday. But when I went there, the staff told me this pharmacy can't take the vaccine, even though I have booked online as requirements. The staff here had a bad attitudes and haven't told me any right information. In addition, this pharmacy never answer the phone.??? Well, hope you guys have a good experience at this place.

Booked in for a flu jab 2 weeks in advance and received confirmation online. Went to the pharmacy on the day and time stated and waited in a long queue. When I got to the front, stated I was here for the jab. The pharmacist told me that they don't give out the flu jabs from that store even though the bookings are taken specific for that location. The pharmacist then acknowledged this and stated that even though you can book in at that particular location they are not doing the jabs anymore there and haven't been sending out cancellations either. Told me to go somewhere else. What a waste of time.Walked over to the Asda pharmacy instead that was taking walk ins.
