I recently visited an Esso petrol station and was impressed by the overall experience. The station was well-maintained and clean, which made for a pleasant stop. Had an email to tell me that my parcel was available to pick up in march. 3 times me and my husband went to pick the parcel up and I was told it wasn?t there (and still haven?t received a refund). I went today for a different parcel to find the parcel from march is there. The man that served me was really rude demanding I explain why I didn?t pick it up when I explained he called me a liar. I had appropriate ID I was allowed to take my new parcel but not my old parcel he scanned the old parcel and scanned the code on my phone but he said that he is going to bin it because I left it too long. I am shocked and very upset, I hope this employee is dealt with. I will be taking this further.

Often cheaper fuel than other garages locally. Good selection of basic foods and snacks, good offers on alcohol.

Really friendly staff, very tidy place. I just wish there was a bigger selection of snacks and stuff, and the prices weren't too high. But perhaps it's like that for some reasons I don't know. But it's okay.
