Curry?s are a terrible company. Traded in a mobile phone and no payment received. No way to chase, constant emails and calls to complain with no resolution for 2 months. Curry?s subcontract to some department in South Africa and then offer no support when you contact them. Will be going to trading standards next.

Awful shop, will never shop here again! Bought a TV online for delivery with a specific time/date slot, that came and awent with no delivery, phoned customer service and after a 45min wait git thru to a less than helpful lady on the phone who told me they had lost my order and "sorry about that", had to threaten them with solicitors and miraculously my order was "found" and delivered... went into the store a couple of weeks later to buy a hob and oven, once again paid for a delivery and fitting from their installation team, once again the time slot came and went, so went into the store to be told they had re-arranged the delivery for 10 days later without notifying me, demanded a full refund to be told 3-5 working days before I saw my money back.

Pretend that they have items in stock for 1h collection, and once money is paid magically run out of stock. This happened twice in a row, and cannot be a coincidence.

Not looking it's cleanest but it was autumn. Fair range of stock. Better signage on the products would help. Staff not standing in two's or groups talking ignoring the customers.

We visited the store today....poor customer service and we waited long time in the till counter , nobody came up and staffs were there here and there talking in their hand radio .we saw that one of the customer he left his item in the counter as nobody attended him.staffs can see that we are in the counter however they don't bothered to attend us...we wasted around 20 mts time there and at last we returned the item in the original place and left the shop,also our car parking hours extended than their limited time . very bad experience.

I bought equipment several times and all these times there were problems with the equipment and then problems with returning and exchanging the product! This is something incredible in the bad sense of the word. Never again!

Arrived at quarter past nine, waited for around fifteen minutes a the queue. Was approached and offered help, then advised they didn't have the available stock to perform the service I needed.

Curry's has taken to minimising product information and opting for customers to use QR codes, yet there was no signal nor WiFi when I visited. Additionally half the TVs were off, on a screensaver mode or had error messages on the screen.

I took my 81 year old nan to get a fridge freezer, the lady was lovely who served us. My nan paid extra to have the old one taking away and the new one installed. I went around 2 hours after it had been delivered to find my nan taking off the packaging and the inside temp part not even been put together for her she was panicking because she did not know how to put it together. I called and asked for a refund for installation I was told they had done so. When getting off phone I felt something wasn't right. I called back and was told no refund had been issued. The man then put me on hold came back and said refund been issued. I still have a feeling this has not been done. So I will call again and of get no where will have to go back into the store. Absolutely disgusted by the service and how they left an elderly lady knowing she had paid for installation In this situation, probably all because they could not be bothered and thought they would get away with it. Fuming.

Went to buy a printer recently at a reasonable price, display stand said all in one (implying scanning) and also that the printer scanned images. This was incorrect and by the time we had realised was when we were setting up.Unimpressed with the casual attitude of oh would you like to swap it for something else.One chap was very helpful. However implying that a piece of tech does something that it clearly doesn't is a legal hole.

Go elsewhere, these clowns will screw you over.We bought a Kenwood oven (not actually Kenwood, but something manufactured under license from Kenwood) so straight away, Currys are deceiving us. on Saturday the inner glass exploded and now the whole cavity, air vents and hinges are full of a fine glass dust, which probably is incredibly bad for human health if ingested. Currys will only do a repair on the oven, but the person doing the repair cannot get hold of a new bit of glass as it is out of stock, leaving us with a completely useless and unsafe oven. Please don't buy anything from Currys, they might look like a safe bet, but they will absolutely screw you over if anything goes wrong.
