The manager there could not of been more helpful and friendly! She understood, took a lot of time out to contact customer service and assist in communicating with the London Branch, just so i couldn't get a refund!You have one very happy customer who will always choose to shop here when i'm in town.Thank you :-)”

“Lots of variety. A good place to build a costume. The smaller pieces are quite cheap but full costumes can be a bit more expensive. Sadly not much wig variety. If you are dressing dressing child for world bookndsy definitely come in here. There are toys in store too. So good for keeping little ones occupied. The costume bit has stairs so a little tricky for wheelchair access. The store is also quite bright so those with ASD may find it a bit overwhelming at first”

“I bought my partner and myself wireless ear buds I got him the trubuds...he loves them I however went for the cheaper options because I'm tight! ? anyway long story short I had to take 2 sets back as my phone just doesn't like me or them and I got the air buds sport both my speaker and mic have gone and can only be fixed by replacing the screen (flipz3 phone) £300 for screenthe staff have been amazing and didn't give me hell for the amount of times I've been back and I'm very happy and relieved to say the airbuds sport are amazing! They even have a ear thing that goes behind my ear so I don't keep dropping them absolutely fabulous thank you for your patience”

“Went in for a couple of items today, got stuck in the queue behind 2 lots of people that were being slow (making returns or something). Before i'd even had a chance to get frustrated, one worker noticed me and another woman waiting; jumped onto the til immediately, and said sorry for the wait (thanks to him there hadn't really been a wait). AND he didn't force me to spell out my email address for the receipt (unlike every other clothes store at the moment), he gave me the option of email or paper, which i really appreciated. Think the chap's name was AJ. Great service, thanks!”

“Nice big clothing section stretching across two floors and a large selection of sizes and choices to pick. The foodhall is a little bit cramped and it's hard to walk through especially the fridge section but high quality food products.”

“I didn’t realise the shop will be so big!! They have a massive range of different stock and amazing reduction racks!! Worth visiting!! Just prepare yourself with sufficient time, I made the mistake to go an hour before closing and regretted I couldn’t look at the full extent of products they had in on that day!”

She explained everything she was doing very clearly, as I am not very knowledgeable regarding car maintenance. “Primark is primark a lovely shop to find that outfit you need for a weekend on the town at the moment they have lots of christmas/ new year tops, jumpers, or even a dress to wear all at bargain prices. Lots of childrens outfits from newborn to teenager all in the one shop.lots of bargains to find but you need to look for them as they aren't always in front of your eyes.”

“I saw an add on my phone about a special offer at Mataland. So, I went to my local store at West Quay retail park. I went inside and was looking around for the item.I found the entire store to be really tidy and well set out as if it had just opened.I found a member of staff who, I later discovered was the manageress. I bought the item on offer and continued to look around the store. I was very impressed by everything. I don’t normally shop here but upon seeing this immaculately displayed store I will definitely be coming back again.The prices are also very good value too.”
