Firstly, the first time you visit if coming by car it is a bit confusing! The public car park is first and then the waitrose car park is on left and goes into a weird one way system - there was parking each time we came, just a bit odd! The store itself was OK - we picked some bits up from fresh counter and upon opening later realising we had been given wrong thing (label correct just not the contents!) Not end of the world, but when paying Waitrose prices for things you'd hope to get this correct. Store was fine for what we needed.

Absolutely disgusting treatment, yesterday I was singled out and stereotyped for whatbi wear, as soon as I walked into the store I was followed by a number of staff and security, this left me feeling very anxious, especially with my disabilities..I left the store without making a purchase, being Neuro diverse I has to go.Around the corner from the store I was stopped by a number of police officers and searched, the security guard of Waitrose had told the police lies and made a false accusation that he had seen me shoplifting.I did not put my hands on one thing in that store and did not steal from the store. How dare you put me through that...I was discriminated against for my disabilities yesterday Waitrose.

I was very disappointed with my local Waitrose today. We shop there 2 or 3 times a week. Today, we took in our plastic recycling that should be returned to supermarkets as we had seen a drop-off bin in the entrance. The recycle bin was full, so we asked where we could put it. The reply was delivered in a very rude manner as we were told it could be placed in the long stay car park as they just throw it away with regular rubbish when the bin is full. Once the lady had left, we were surprised to find another recycle bin on the opposite of the entrance. We put our recycling in there. As we went to do our shopping, we mulled over what was said and the tone it was delivered in. We decided that we no longer wanted to support Waitrose and left our shopping and went to Sainsburys.Waitrose, this is your loss and will remain so until you take your recycling seriously and have less rude staff!

I bought myself a prawn yakisoba from the Chinese counterpart. I was told they are lovely, I was shocked by the price of £10.35. I bought it. Wasn't worth the price. All veg with some noodles and 7 prawns. Will not be buying again.

When buying from Waitrose we usually do an online shop. However on this occasion we shopped at the Ringwood branch as we were staying in the New Forest. Waitrose may not be the cheapest supermarket but it is the most serene. The quality of their merchandise is good and the staff are helpful. If you ask a staff member where a certain product is the don't just point they take you to it. Ringwood was no exception. Only problem was late Saturday many items running short.

I had a nice shopping experience here, I really liked that the employees wore crowns (this was the day before the coronation of King Charles). Besides from the nice hats, there was one thing that I didn?t like, which was that the curly wurly five packs were 30 cents more expensive than the Sainsbury?s. This might seem harmless, but if you think in bulk this is catastrophic, if you buy 5000 curly wurly?s that?s 1500 pounds. Just think of the economical impact of this difference in price.
