Took my sons Blazer and my Suit.. Got one price when dropped off then £10 added to price when I picked up. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they had a admin error. They have now lost a customer.

Had my wedding dress cleaned at the cost of £100 (it was just the train that was dirty). It took 3 weeks to get back and then there were additional brown marks on the bust of the dress, they redid and there are even more marks on the front and back of the dress.
