“Had a pair of sandals two years, had worn them quite a bit but obviously not all the time as open sandals. I noticed they split across the soles underneath on both shoes. Emailed them and got a lovely reply with a postage paid label to return. Five days later got offered an exchange and they are posting me a new pair. Can not recommend them highly enough brilliant service.”
