Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Had never been here before and after searching all around Salisbury for a certain type of gold metallic paint we finally came across a few options here. As we really struggled to decide on a shade, the staff came to our aid and helped us choose the best option. The guy that helped us went above and beyond and the lady also came over to assist too who had actually used the same paint herself, so her opinion was very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back again when we need more paint.

I visited for the first time, as I heard that Bewers is really good for paint and paint matching services. I went in the store and there was no one there. I looked around and waited for almost 10 minutes. I heard a lady come out of what was an office, and she didn?t at all care how long I had been waiting.I asked her about colour matching, and finding a specific colour. All her answers were ?I dunno? and ?have a look yourself?. I gave every hint that I needed some advice and a store assistant?s help. There was hardly any conversation.Her customer service was absolutely appalling. No care, no enthusiasm whatsoever.I couldn?t remember her name, but she wore the most awful make up, big eyeliner.She did not have a clue, nor a care.I walked out 5 minutes later, but was tempted to go back and speak to someone else about this.Safe to say I won?t be returning. I received better advice from B&Q - who are not paint specialists!! You are paint specialists!!

Good selection of decorating supplies at a good price. They do a discount if you sign up to the website and you can get the stuff delivered or do click and collect at the local store. The staff are very knowledgeable, if you have a decorating query.

They don't answer the phone, gave wrong advice about the paint I needed and ended up purchasing twice, paint they recommend was extremely patchy after 3 coats. Would not listen when I complained. Shut at weekends. Staff rude and surly. Will order directly with the paint company from now on, as much cheaper.
