Me and my brother went into the Portsmouth branch today interested in purchasing my brothers first watch. Byron was incredible with everything very knowledgeable and really polite. We went in intending to buy my brother a watch and walked out with a watch for my brother and a new watch for myself this was all thanks to byrons amazing customer service and sales 5 stars would shop in again and would recommend people to shop there for the amazing watches and incredible customer service

Thomas the manager was very unhelpful. He failed as a manager and should be removed from this store. Thomas sounded like he was not bothered and interested over the phone and people like him will ruin the store brand. The store failed to tell me the full refund procedure and were it can be refunded etc.As a customer I am not aware that this company is only based 200 miles away from me.Apparently there is no other way to refund or return and item, unless I drive 200 miles to watch station. 0 starsPeople stay away , in store price and online prices are completely different , they are money grabbing thieves.

Jessica gave an amazing customer service to me and my boyfriend. She took her time with us showing different watches to us which i was happy about. Overall, she was patient and sweet to us. Great customer service in general with the other employees. At the end i purchased a beautiful watch:)

Excellent store with a lot of discounted watches for men and women. When they have sales on then the prices are really low. The website is good so you can keep an eye when they have sales.

Very good. My friend didn't buy a watch but she bought excellently priced earrings and such which were hypoallegenic if i have spelt that right!! She was looking for Skagen and found Skagen.
